Qué Pasa TV with Carlos Medina began as Qué Pasa NJ as a spark of hope during one of the most challenging times in recent history.
Launched in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, the show was borne out of host Carlos Medina’s commitment to fill a gap—a need for a platform that would amplify Latino voices and spotlight stories that matter. Inspired by the example of his father, Modesto “Bob” Medina, who worked at The New York Times and carried a deep sense of responsibility to share impactful stories, Carlos created Qué Pasa to honor that legacy and extend it to today’s audiences.
As the show has grown, so has our audience, which is reflected in our name change to Qué Pasa with Carlos Medina.
Hosted by Jersey’s own Carlos Medina, an award-winning entrepreneur and philanthropist, Qué Pasa TV is more than a program—it is a platform. The show brings together business and civic leaders, cultural icons, entertainers, and impactful Latinos who are shaping the future of the tri-state area.
Rooted in a Latino perspective, Qué Pasa TV celebrates representation while connecting audiences to stories of resilience, innovation and culture. Though Latino in focus, these stories resonate universally—reminding us that when one community is seen, everyone gains insight, inspiration and a stronger sense of belonging.

CARLOS MEDINA
Carlos Medina is a Graduate of Rutgers Newark and Rutgers Law School Newark He is the President of a firm, with a long and rich history in New Jersey, Robinson Aerial, Inc specializing in mapping and engineering An advocate for volunteerism, Mr Medina also serves on various non profit boards
In January 2019 Mr Medina became President and CEO of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (SHCCNJ having served as Chairman since 2012 The SHCCNJ is the voice of the 119 000 Hispanic owned businesses in New Jersey that contribute over 20 billion annually to the State’s economy To raise awareness, and promote diversity in entrepreneurship, Mr Medina regularly discusses issues important to the members of SHCCNJ and the business community, during appearances on various TV Networks including ABC 7 WWOR 9 and NJTV
Mr Medina serves as Corporate Board Member of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ With sales in excess 13 billion dollars annually, Horizon is one of the country’s premiere health insurance companies Mr Medina serves as a member on the following subcommittees Governance, Audit, Personnel and Compensation
Mr Medina has received many awards for his company’s achievements, community service and leadership They include

KHOA LE
Khoa Le is the award winning owner of K Vibe Studio in Jersey City NJ.
A 50 person organization housed within an 8,000 square foot multi media studio.
A graduate of both Julliard and Rutgers a few of Khoa’s most notable recent directing and producing efforts include:
“Walt Before Mickey”- Feature Film. This Feature Films tells the story of Walt Disney and his career before and after development of his iconic character , Mickey Mouse.
Jose Feliciano (Untitled) Feature Film. A documentary about the legendary Latin Artist.
A graduate of both Julliard and Rutgers a few of Khoa’s most notable recent directing and producing efforts include:
Kvibe Productions LLC Cultivating and developing a content creation company working with over 50 people in the organization. The vision is to create to inspire as an organization. Creating and cultivating environments that fosters great opportunities, passion, and tasteful artistry that can inspire. I believe that when you build an organization with a purpose and staying true to the core values, the right people will come and help further the vision of creating to inspire.
MARC FALCON
Khoa Le is the award winning owner of K Vibe Studio in Jersey City NJ.

Some of his clients include Creative Artists Agency, Ernst and Young, Cartier and Facebook.
A New Jersey native, Marc is a graduate of New Jersey City University.

Giovanna Aguilar is an Emmy-nominated bilingual filmmaker, communications strategist and founder of Candesco Productions. She produces multimedia content and live events that highlight stories of resilience, innovation and human connection.
